Should I use Asphalt or Concrete?

It boils down to Cost, Type of Use and personal preference:

-Concrete construction has a HUGE upfront cost, and some minimal cost to maintain.

-Asphalt is less than half the cost of Concrete to install. But has higher maintenance cost to be considered. But if well-maintained, asphalt will cost far less to own and maintain over a 20-30 time frame.

-Concrete is extremely expensive when it comes to replacement.

Asphalt is much more inexpensive to replace – With the ever-growing Green-movement asphalt manufacturers recycle old asphalt and do not charge to dispose of damaged asphalt.
